I think that in this group there is to much talk about members i know it is very exiting that there are almost 100 people but every member that joins there is a new note for it.

I think for new team members that may also be new members to the site, the admin's (or somone) mys explain all the different types of games and how to get involved.....if there is to be participation, there needs to be explanation. The last think a new team member wants to do is find they joing a game and then realise ooops.....made a mistake and it affects the team. My five cents worth of constructive critricism. I too fall into the category of not quite sure what to do. Ned.

Good to be in an Australian group, but what does this group do, apart from try to get members? Play chess maybe?
