What's wrong with chess.com anti-cheating measures these days?

I'm disappointed with chess.com's measures for anti-cheating recently. Firstly, they have removed the feature of adding details while reporting a user for cheating. You can only report them for cheating and not explain why you think they cheated, this makes no sense to me. Also, one of my recent opponents has gone from 1750 to 2200 in rapid in the last 7-8 days, without any significant mistakes in any of the games. And this is not just one incident, I saw such unreal statistics multiple times recently, and no action has been taken against such users even when it's highly obvious. I hope they really take this seriously, this kills the joy for genuine chess enthusiasts.

I strongly agree to your point. Funfact, chess.com fails to detect cheaters who are using lower rates bots and engines. It only detects moves of the higher rated stockfishes and maybe some browser extensions.

And even some "state level players" get away with this by making inferior moves in the opening and ditto copying moves from stockfish in the endgame.

It's a massive loophole to be concerned about and needs to be patched asap!

I agree as well. It seems like they are allowing it now.
