What's your favorite tourney/match format?

Hey guys! We're killing it so far on our team matches against other Universities...I know some of you like the 3-day time controls, but I also know some prefer Blitz, Rapid, etc.  When we're competing against other clubs, what are your preferred / ideal time controls?

I like the 3 day time limit. We also could do tournaments with only our club against each other.
