As much as we all would like to see trolls punished, not a realistic thing; your best bet might be to block and then play Semi-Anonymous
I'm talking about players who repeatedly get "insulted" and throw every second game; that's no sportsmanship; it's against the spirit of the game, and should not be allowed.
It is easy to follow, when they sec all their pieces and explain after: "bla bla bla I had to punish you."
I can link numerous games of certain players with this issue, and they won't understand their behavior is foolish and depress our beautiful game.
You play half an hour, reaching an exciting endgame, but unfortunately, 1 player is giving the game to the other, and you can do nothing about it; what a game.
This problem would be fixed if you you got rid of this god awful solo rating system. People might stay in the game longer if getting 2nd gave them + points. Like I have suggested before 2nd and 3rd should be +- 4-5 points.

Wouldn’t they just throw harder and quicker when they can put someone they don’t like in 3rd and claim 2nd for themself? Having both Solo and FFA under the same ratings might help your case, but it does nothing against trolls.

Bad sportsmanship is repeatedly berating and flaming others for their play, attacking people personally and labeling their character based off their play, boasting about winning, and publicly accusing people of cheating.
Good sportsmanship is accepting the result and not boasting or complaining about it, and instead of public accusing people of cheating, privately reporting it using the reporting tool.
