It depends. I don't like to follow a rule so strictly. Thinking, "a bishop and knight is stronger than a rook because they have more value" is an unhealthy way of thinking. Here, it is a dead draw. In the middlegame, kngiht&bishop tend to be better than the rook. However, the rook can be very strong in the endgame, being a versatile piece and having the ability to transfer from one side of the board to another.

I think that it could draw bu tthe rook has a better chance of winning bc he has more value and can kill the night and bishop easily  Also the roook can check the king easiler but i think it might become a draw.
