What is important to remember here is that 5. h4 can be met with ...Nf6 and not with ...h5 and that the option of ...Bxh3 as reaction to Nh3 should be kept open.
I will cover several other lines in separate posts/diagrams because what happens around move 5/6 is very important in this line and should not be confused.
