I'm not very active on chess.com anymore. I don't have the time to take care of a club. 

I'll vote Agastyabjd, or anyone else who wants to be SA.

I mean, if you need help I could be an SA but as I am new to the club I probably wouldn't be first pick  @Agastyabkd sounds like a good candidate.

I believe most of us are new to the club, lol. Either way, we just need to vote for a member for chess.com to promote. Once he's SA, Agastyabkd can promote you too.
