There is a test also to become a super admin.
I will ask you question about how you will mannage the club and help to solve members problem. If fail no problem. You don't need to do everything again. You will get 5 test chance . If you failed at the 5th test you need to do all the things again.

As you know that if something big is happening we need more controlers so who want to get a promote they need to do this .
Coordinator = 5 members
Admin = 10 members
Deadline = 90 members . Extra deadline = 100 members
Offer Deadline = for members till 60 only
