Who wins? The Mandalorian vs Legolas.

The battleground is 10,000,000 square feet, with trees, rocks, and various forms of cover; if they step outside, they instantly die.

Mandalorian. This is easy.

Mando literally has ranged weaponry and superior armor. Unfortunately, Gimli doesn’t stand a chance.

Still a mop up. Legolas has nothing on the Beskar and Mando's guns have better range than any bow, and Mando's close range options are way better too.

Yea, no chance. Mando will simply warm search for Legolas from a hidding point, and before Legolas ever finds out where is Mando, he will be high-blown in the sky... Legolas is my favourite character from LOTR..

I think Legolas can win as long as he stays far from Mando.

especially if he can catch mando while's he sleeping

He's an extremely accurate archer and probably shoots the little spots between the armor where Mando is vulnerable.

yeah, but none of those spots are fatal. Also, it is possible that the "soft spots" are just soft for weapons like blasters. It could be a material too durable for primitive weapons like arrows to pierce.

Distance won't help him, Mando is a sniper, with technology that lets him see even better at night than Legolas can (infrared).

The weapons and equipment from Star Wars are just too much better.

I find it very unlikely for the fight to last long enough for either of them to need any rest.

He needs time and a clear shot for the sniper, which Legolas will not give him. His armor does have gaps, like between his neck and shoulder, which, if Legolas can get a good shot at, would be extremely deadly.

The scanner doesn't work perfectly; Mando would have to be facing the same direction as Legolas, and Legolas would be blocked by trees and forms of cover that would mess it up.

Yes but blasters have more range than bows

Yes tho mandos would likely be moving around and flying in jet packs so it would definitely lessen the chances of getting hit by a legola

Not only sniper shots would be able to hit Legolas, but also shots from his other weapons, Mando is no sloppy shooter.

Yes, his armor does have gaps, but it is unclear weather that material is a stronger material from the star wars galaxy that arrows and other primitive weapons could not pierce. I am not saying this is the case, just saying it is a possibility.

Even if it does have gaps, it is a stretch to make the assumption that Legolas would be able to hit Mando in one of those places before Mando hit him... and he could hit him anywhere.

All Mando has to do to see Legolas with the scanner is to do a quick three sixty.

Another disadvantage for Legolas is that he has no idea what is coming as he is completely unfamiliar with the potentials of this technology.

So, maybe, if Legolas went into this arena knowing exactly where to shoot and Mando wasn't expecting anything, Legolas would win, but that isn't a fight, it is an assassination. In all other scenarios, Mando wins unless you really want to stretch things.

And no, there is no way Legolas could dodge any of Mando's ranged attacks. He might have elvish reflexes, but in the end, the do not see into the literal future like force reflexes do, and blaster bolts are much faster and more deadly than arrows.

Yeah, and Mando can fly to, which means he can fly as high up as he wants out of arrow range and then take the shot.

And I don’t see how legola can sneak attack mando when he’s like 3000 meters up in the air

I think everyone agrees Mando would win close quarters at least...

Whistling Birds alone would do it for him.
