White is winning, becuase he can take center control by e4 and wins a lot of tempo by playing b4. Then he/she can set traps which win him/her material(a rook mostly) by playing queen to g3 after that pawn has moved.

Ok, it's my turn now. The rules are the same. And this position can be achieved from the intial state by legal moves, hence being a legal position.
A strange position indeed! All the Black bishops and rooks… and the Black pieces hiding on the wrong side of the White pawns! But still it's legally achievable. The first one to tell me who's winning and why will get the admin position for three days, or whatever he/she asks(if it is in my power).
