I mean we can try to get more players instead it could work
why cant there be 2 utt for every tuesday to accomodate for all timezones?

you could have 1 before and 1 after, i personally think its unfair to only let the North america and south america and australia join, i think you should do 1 b4 utt so then Europe, Asia and africa can join too.
It's past midnight for australia

Adding an extra tournament increases the workload.
Rotating the times of the weekly event will lead to confusion and people missing the event because they forgot the time.

As things are now.
Over 13 weeks, there are 13 Tuesday events at the same time, and 3 saturday events at 3 different times.
For the US , of the 16 events in total there is only one, a Saturday when the timing is inconvenient. So most can comfortably play in 15 events.
For Europe , Russia, the middle East , India etc ( China too) there are only 2 , on a Saturday when the same criteria applies.
So the US has 15 reasonable event times, and Europe, Russia, India, China etc 2.
This vast difference in numbers available is defended by ' Numbers will fall ' ' People will be confused ' ' Its been like this for a long time' etc.
A sensible , practical way to give players around the world a chance to play more would be to alternate the Tuesdays as the Saturdays, lets be honest its not rocket science is it.
The argument that numbers would drop is a) unproven and more importantly b )irrelevant .
Tournaments such as this should be available to all, as of now they are not.

Cause you have no clue how much work it takes to run this, and you have no clue how busy MGleason is otherwise with other moderating duties and he has a real life job.
You are free to start your own tournament and do whatever you want.

Not everyone here is 9 years old, and not everyone here has endless time like you do.
Oof. Don't worry, Saphire. I learned the hard way that Hammer can be somewhat harsh when you get on his bad side xD.

"There's a Saturday event that rotates time for a reason. The UTT schedule is perfectly fine the way it is and has taken all major time zones into consideration. Period. "
