Actually the show was intended to be like TV-14 and is dubbed "psychological horror" because all the characters have a similar mental health to dafuqboom. There will be more psychological horror in episode 2 probably, but it probably won't be out for a long time

Skibidi toilet is for elementary schoolers, the amazing digital circus was intended for people 13+. If you don't know anything about TADC, you may think that it is a kids show, but the main point is that the characters all have terrible mental health and it makes it more like a horror theme that I think will likely be more pronounced in the second episode.
