Why do some games don't count towards Division points. I win 10min games, and don't get +15 points

maybe the opponent's rating is too low or you had less accuracy no offense
just won another game and is still not getting +15 division points... latest game was against #1 Elite player, so these are players at my level.. well I guess this will make it easier for me to put this game down for a while.
Ok, now the games I'm winning are not even showing up on my game history... .but if I click on the player I just beat, their history shows me in their last game played... huge bug going on today.

I know I was getting website errors on chess.com earlier today, so maybe that was the problem. Looking right now, I see that game in your history along with accuracy ratings. So it may have just been a temporary problem.
I don't know how division ratings are supposed to work so I can't comment on that.

Website was slow earlier and I have seen points be delayed before. However, I don’t think you get points for games that you or the other player directly challenge the other. That might be your situation if you are challenging others.

I've had problems with seeing my most recent played games as well today, so I think it's just a bug or server issue. I'm not 100% sure, and I haven't been playing games for division points, so I haven't seen that part.
Quick update. My game history now shows the matches I played, but I still didn't get the points for those matches. I'll play again later and see if the bug is fixed and I finally start getting Division points again.
The game servers appeared to be overloaded during the day today, so it's possible that whatever games you played simply didn't get applied to your profile just yet...I would wait a little longer (or a significant time) to see if your profile reflects the games you've played today.
I can't say for certain, but it's likely the servers are just catching up with the volume of playing going on during the day, and all should work itself out in due time.
Of course that is just a guess, but it's a logical one. 
Another quick update:
My Division just got updated with all the matches + points everyone had played. Every player also got their points updated, so looks like this "24-hour-bug" is cured. There's still 2 days left in this week's round so hopefully new games from today (Friday) get counted.
Is there a point criteria written somewhere that I'm missing? do I need to avoid certain players if I know I'm not getting any points for winning? or is this a bug in Chess.com?
Sometimes I feel discourage because I don't know if the game is being rated. Has anyone experienced winning games and only getting +7 (rating) but not +15 (division points)?
