Why do you guys think evolution is not real?

Have you taken a look at the evidence or is it because the bible doesn't teach evolution?

Causation can never be proven or demonstrated by science. Only correlation can be proven by sense perception. The rest is inference: imperfect, conditional and subjective. This is a land of shadows. Absolute truth claims are de facto unprovable and only lead away from the truth. So called scientific knowledge is in fact ignorance, since it presumes to know what it actually cannot know, and always stands in defiance of the Truth, which is not ascertainable by materialistic investigations and speculations.

Right, but even science doesn't claim to know things with 100% guarantee. It just gives us the best explanation with the evidence we have. The only thing we know with 100% certainty is that we exist. The evidence points to evolution being true, so that what we have to assume. If you want 100% certainty for everything, you can't believe in anything, including God.

It's like journalism. A scientist's job is to uncover facts. Unfortunately politics gets involved and the scientists have to start trying to shape a narrative so they can get more funding for their labs and continue to make profits off their patents. It's not scientific at all. They ought to make creative writing a mandatory course for scientists because that's the skill they will use most in trying to make their discoveries important to the people who control their funding.

I said you guys because a lot of people here were on another forum arguing against evolution. There is also another anti evolution post here. Didn't mean you, sorry mate.

No problem, it's just there really is a vocal minority around these discussion groups that tries to drive all the narratives in that one insular extreme right christian way. The total number of them is actually quite small.
