What I'm basically getting at is the game to be won should be 'you' TO win and not help, no or yes?
No. FFA is played individually, without help, and Teams is played together with the help of a teammate. They are different games with different rules and objectives. Don't try to impose FFA rules on a Teams game. If you don't like the Teams variant, don't play it, but don't ignore your teammate if you do play a Teams game. That's just annoying for the people who actually do like to play Teams.
