I used to have the same problem!

I would recommend changing your Chess.com email or just logging out and logging back in again. I don't play crazyhouse much but when this happened these tricks seemed to help.

Hi, sorry for the late reply regarding this issue. I haven't experienced any issues in Crazyhouse or Setup as of yet and you will need to link games in which this problem occurred, a screenshot showing the issue would also be helpful (not sure why it isn't possible?) 

Hopefully this is already resolved, thank you @HenryJonasChess for the speedy reply too!
