Why is this position -5.55 for white?

This is a position that came from one of my games and i thought it was equal.

So it turns out this position is completely winning for black according to stockfish. Can someone explain me why this position is completely winning for black? I mean sure black has bishop and knight compared to rook but i dont think thats the reason.

bxf3 leaves black with too many weakness ant has to deal with the passed pawn

Also there's Na5 Nc4 ideas for black I think. I could see -2 or even -3, but -5 does seem a bit high.

First is Bxf3. Next is black has two pieces for whites rooks. So what black will do is trade one pair off on the e file, then whites remaining rook cannot get active and invade like it needs to, while the bishop and knight are able to murder whites pawns without any problem.
