Why isn't this design glitch fixed?

I was browsing variants when I noticed this bug.

my disappointment is immesurable and xiangqi horse is forever ruined

It's probably because we haven't created these piece styles for different textures yet (if you noticed the Neo texture version has scales).

I don't understand, what's the problem?

There is no xiangqi horse style for Classic & Alpha, and it stands out and looks ugly in those two.
