why not protect players whose internet ia bad for game?

TEAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when a partner disconnects you lose points as well. i have complained about this for FU@*ING YEARS and was told, "take your chances". i canceled my subscription after that. keep in mind i was here aug 7th 2017 the day it came on-line and saw the 5 changes so far and helped to facilitate them. after seeing hundreds of teams use zoom and google meet to talk to eachother, and after seeing admins use low rated players to come over to 4pc teams to get more points per win i figured the fix was in and i was right. you do what ever you have to do to keep us losing points. that is you fuQQin goal. i know it and 4pc is dying because of it. you let us down every god dam day. WHY.CAN.WE.NOT.TAKE.OVER.FOR.A.DISCONNECTED.PARTNER.IF.THERE.IS.SELFTEAMING!!!!! AND ZOOM, AND ADMINS ADDING WILD CARD SLOTS TO CHAMPIONSHIPS????????? LOL.

why can't you put all new players to 4pc in a place where they play their first 100 games? so whew we play a game with them they have some idea what is happening and dont just make one move and resign?????????????????????????? ever thought of that? hell no, why? because it would actually help us and chess.com doesn't give a chit about that.
i protest that i have suffered from the situation frequently and lost large amount of scores,and the system did not view that i am lossing connection！
in case of this event,i suggest that if one is disconnected,the game must be ended immediately without score change.but is one disconnecting,is except here.
for monitrring the net situation,set a net checker to monitor players'net。
