it happens for the uscf only member club but you don't get kicked for this club (cuz anyone from any country can join)

My USCF membership expired a couple of days ago, and I'm just now logging into chess.com for the first time since that happened. When I logged in, I found that I was no longer in this club and had to resubmit my application to join. Super strange. Has this happened to anyone else in the past?
