Some stronger players would be great! I'm just not sure how to recruit them.
One idea I had is to hold another team tournament soon, and hopefully we can try to encourage the Estonian players to also participate in our Vote Chess and World League games.
One problem I've noticed is that we have some time-outs on our side in the World League matches. In my opinion, players should definitely NOT join these matches and then time-out their games. In fact, I am tempted to make a list of these players and prevent them from joining future team matches. Does that seem reasonable? How to be fair?
At any rate, I think we can organize ourselves a litte more and do much better in World League 2012!

I've participated in some of the World League 2011 matches, but I wasn't aware of the overall standings until today when I did a Google search and found this:

We have two matches left to complete (Georgia and Uruguay). Our results so far are a bit mediocre, but I think we have a good chance to win our last two matches. Let's finish with a bang!
