(not to hurt you're feelings or anything). you should win this game if they continued, but you never know just because of how many more mishaps happen in the lower rather than the higher levels
would i have won if he didn’t resign
This sort of games goes to show you that just by following the opening principals, you'll have a much better game. Develop you knights and bishops, take control of the center, castle early, connect the rooks, only then start attacking. Your opponent lost a lot of his pawns but you both still have pieces on the back rank. There's more to chess than random moves and swapping pieces.
You gave your Queen away on move 8. Lucky for you he didn't see it.
5. Bb4 would have hung the queen via pin. If Qxb4 then Nxb4.
8. Bxf5 as you said is just a hung queen
Other bad moves, developing the queen and moving it twice in the opening.
With that all said, I'm sure we've all fallen for Scholar's Mate at some time or another or a similar cheap trick when we first started. Kudos to OP for asking if he would win. As someone else said, it's hard to tell at these lower levels since a blunder could come from anywhere.
If black pre-empted the check on e5 by Be7 they would defend against losing their rook and also attack the knight on h4. Black has opportunities to get their rooks into the game while white's are stick stuck in the corner. I would not have given up so easily.

Just keep studying and best of luck. I studied when I was in my late teens and early twenties, but I'm 73 now and it is much harder to learn. I just keep getting worse.
