There are ways to avoid these predicaments
For A, just get a wheelchair, or just scoot your butt over to wherever you need to go. Other methods include wheelchair, crutches, hop, skip, etc
For B, just write whatever you want to say. Alternative methods include texting, sign language, Morse code, etc
