I know this may seem weird but, as an experienced WoF player, I've noticed that, owing to exceptions involving Play-4-Mate, immune zombies DON'T give more points at the end of the game. I don't know why that would be, but in other words, it should say that "the last remaining player gets points for every non-grey and capturable piece"

It was correct. There was no way for green to mate red, so the points would almost certainly have gone to red. I don't know.

Three checks mean checkmate, even though you cannot capture any of the red pieces.
this is not a bug, it's the way the game has been for a long time, you never get points for an immune zombie(s) if other players resign, even if it would be possible to kill them with n-check / koth

According to the rules, the last remaining player will be given 40 points for each enemy king left on the board. However, there were two kings worth 80 points.
