Looks like some players never experienced it indeed, but by chatting and reading around seems like it's affecting a bunch of users

No, we are not creating bugs that target Italians. 
@Battlemind24 is hard at work on a new server that should help with this and other connection problems. Should be ready to roll next week.
I am using a browser called "Brave" just for playing on chess.com, because my normal browser (Firefox) is too damn slow on this site. I had never any connection issues while playing. I am on a slow machine btw.
I use google chrome
I have no lag 
Yep, for me the game is not playable at the moment. Good luck devs! I'll be back when that server is on
thats not a bug i think sometimes we used different devices. you need to logout first in other device before you can used the current one. mobile or web browser. or need to clean your session first or clear cookies.
I mentioned this before and still have it as well.
Log out and log back in?

No multiple devices here: I'm using only my notebook to play. Cache and coockies are cleaned every time I open my browser by settings. No multiple login attempts whatsoever.

I always have this bug. I even complained but 4playerchess hasn't fixed it yet.

I've lost more than 200 points in my last 4 games (and I was winning all of them aaarrrgh
). Seems I can't finish a single game and it's starting to be a little bit frustrating...
The bug: I suddenly see the disconnection page for a split second, then it comes back to the game page as if I were a spectator, but without chatbox (see the pic. I was blue in this last one)
Unable to move, unable to receive moves from my opponents. "Resign" button is now "Play", but clicking on it just do nothing. If I refresh I get the disconnection page and the "you can only connect once" popup. I've noticed it consistently last 1 minute and 10 seconds more or less, cause the few times I've managed to re-enter the game was when I still had my whole minute, and I'm leaving with 5 seconds left on the clock. Usually 2 or 3 chess.com related tabs are opened, but it happens even with the single tab game.
My connection is stable, I'm using firefox on both windows and ubuntu.
Please let me know if I can provide more useful infos : )
