I agree. I have heard that Vodka is 200% alcohol and happens to be the stongest drink found on EARTH. Is that right?

At the best it may be a 40%, or with a homemade vodka up to 60-70%!
But it is still the strongest one .... right?

Yes, Averege Vodka is about 40%. But when it is distilled it is about 95% then the manufacturer adds purified water to bring it down to 40%.
Absinthe is the stongest Alcohol at 89.9%. the average person would be drunk from 50ml.

I hear that usually the Vodka is much more purified by water, than it supposed to do... As well as all other cheaps go into the bottle...
The strong % going down drastically, ... just for health reasons...
But if you are to drink spirits Vodka is the most pure.
All other spirits have more additives. So if you want to drink, then vodka has less toxins.
Most Vodka you buy on the shelf is made from wheat. You can made home brew vodka from potatoes but the taste can be foul and oily texture.
It is so pity, that I do not like a Vodka!
For my first 37 Years I drank it just 4 times by 50 ml, when it was a Wedding of my friend- two times, plus when my another friend went to Army and returned from Army...
Must be the taste. I mix it with Orange and lemondae 4:1 ratio is still stronger than beer
I made a medicine on the basis of homemade vodka, with some plants, propolice... back to Russia...
But it was not usual bad tasted homemade vodka, but a best one, that was made by my neighborhood, from my ... honey frames! It was real clear and strong above a 60 %!
I trade it for anything!
No headache at the morning, as all friends reported...
I used it just like a medicine, to mix Aloe, Propolis,...
