Your opening is also easily defendable against and you are actually losing when you play Qf3, you lose advantage

It's not THAT easy to defend,and this opening leads to do developing ALL pieces and safely castle if done correctly.You can create your own variation after 2.Qf3 for it to be better.Stockfish doesn't say you lose THAT MUCH amount of advantage,only 0.4.There are obviously openings worse that that.If you play consistently,blunderless it's kinda good.

If your opponent doesn't mess up you stay down in advantage so your choice
