The start date is the 20th anniveersary of the passing of TV presenter Paula Yates at the early age of 41 at her home in Notting Hill in London. Born in Colwyn Bay, Wales where her family ran the Deganwy Castle Hotel, she also lived with her mother in Malta and Mallorca in Spain, She came to national fame as the writer and presenter of The Tube in the 80s and The Big Breakfast in the 90s. She was also the wife of Bob Geldof. Her life ended tragically as she left Sir Bob and their children for an impulsive passion for Michael Hutchence of the group INXS. After he died, her life also ended tragically and Sir Bob adopted their daughter. This sad ending to a life which promised much should not mask that Paula had a quality which endeared her to many.
