On the start date 80 years ago the much loved actor and pop star Adam Faith was born in Acton, London, where he grew up. Going on to fame with many hit pop songs, having started in London, he bought and lived in a mansion in Esher, Surrey. He then transferred back to his first love acting, but it was only later in life he realised he could combine the two successfully. We believe a match should be held in his honour and remembrance
