CESCA Rules on online tournaments: (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)

1. Only members of our Cebu South Chess Association Chess.com Club can participate and we reserve the right to kick, ban or refuse an account/alias deemed offensive.
2. Upon completion of the the tournament, there will be a 1-2 days non negotiable waiting period for the disbursement of prizes. We will report/submit your game links to chess.com for verification whether irregularities have been committed.
3. On Account Closure for an ALLEGED using of chess engine assistance and for any other reasons. Forfeiture of the prize. Sanction: 1st offense - warning, 2nd offense - 1 week suspension, 3rd offense - expulsion from the team.
4. Players with closed accounts can still appeal the decision.
5. All other matters not covered in this announcement will be decided by CESCA.

RULES ON CLAIMING THE PRIZE:
1. Chess.com accounts should bear the complete name of the player (First and Last Name), they could either have it in their username or they can edit their lichess profile in the settings filling in the Given Name and Last Name. Accounts will be checked at the end of the tournament.
2. Winners will be asked to provide a one time identification (school/company/government ID) and contact number.

IMPORTANT: Rule Violators will have their prizes forfeited plus the corresponding sanction. The next in rank player cannot claim the forfeited prize.
