Unless your doing USCF events, I think until then for fun events, you're good with just using the chess.com tournaments, or for quads you can make your own pairings.

Do you also know some free pairing software other then SwissSys and WinTd they cost a little much

US Chess has been working closely with chess.com to release a player list that includes US Chess member ID numbers, player names, and chess.com usernames. This will allow TDs to easily find members interested in playing in their events and match them with the correct chess.com username.
