What's the earliest Magnus can get into the FIDE cycle to be a challenger? I think he opted out of the recent invites for the world cup.
I think it's still possible for him to play for the title in 2011.

ANAND vs KARPOV, a blitz match.... what a news for all the chess lovers...!!! The matches are a part of the Corsican Circuit, and the Anand vs Karpov games will take place on 31 October in Bastia, and 2 November in Ajaccio. The time control will be 15 mins plus a 3 second increment.
Anand won game 1, and game 2 was drawn. More games to follow on 2nd nov.
