I don't literally hate it, it just helps calm me down by letting all my frustration out.
man, i am 2300 blitz and i still blunder in blitz, although, the blunders i make are usually significantly less bad than what a person of your rating would make. However, the point i am trying to make is that no matter ones rating, everyone blunders in chess, especially blitz.
do you have any tips? the reason i lose when I'm up material is either my opponent tries not to trade pieces or anything so then when i'm low on time i blunder or i am up on material but both players or just me are low on time, and i end up blundering

Honestly, the only real tips i can give is to play more, analyse your games to see where you go wrong, and do tactics everyday.
I do a lot of tactics, but I do those for long games. I don't see how those help in short games. I think you mean puzzle rush?
what i mean is that im losing games which im winning. to be honest i end up blundering sometimes when im winning because i get too exicited on myself on beating my apponent on a winning position.
this is great advice, play 10 minute games
