How are you attempting to learn from your losses?
What does your regular study routine look like?
What chess books have you read? What chess books do you plan to read?
Have you started building an opening repertoire yet?
These are the kinds of questions that you should be asking yourself. (You don't actually need to answer them here. Those are more for you to think about.)
Losing can be frustrating, yes . . . but losing is actually the secret to learning.
Whenever I lose a chess game these days, I actually get excited. Because it means there's something I can learn from it. Learning is how you level up.
