I'm better than you.

There were times when I lost to pitfalls like those all the time, you don't see me blocking those players, complaining about losing to them on the forums, etc.

Good job, that is the way.

Pretty sure they were making fun of you.

I don't care. Pretending to do the right thing will eventually guide them to the path.

Colonel Charles Paul Narcisse Moreau, an officer of the French Army, played in the prestigious Monte Carlo Master's Chess Tournament of 1903.

His score?

0-0-26. Zero wins, zero draws, and twenty-six losses. A score that has never been equalled.

Colonel Moreau was an insult to chess. At least, to Master-class chess.

Good guy, never used an engine in his life.

Either that, or the "chess engines" they had available back in 1903 were just three cog-wheels and a spring.

No wonder he lost!

🤣 You're an absolute joke. How dare you be entitled to an opinion of "being insulted" when you're over here abandoning and disconnecting games like an absolute coward when you are losing:

People like you are an insult to chess. Get your toxic PoS self out of this community and this platform and go be toxic somewhere else.

I think before starting to determine what is an insult to chess and what is not, it'd be advisable to learn how to resign lost games instead of habitually abandoning as that is very disrespectful.

Yes I do this all the time!

I do not block such users.

Feel free to block players for whatever reason sets you off; that is what the block is for. If I were to block players it would be those who did not answer 1.e4 with 1...e5; or those who didn't play the QGA when faced with 1.d4 d5 2.c4; or didn't play gambits; or didn't accept them as black when playing them as white, I would feel that was an insult to chess Basically, I might block any who did not honor the romantic era of 19th century chess. Not playing like a drunken hussar is an affront to the game and memory of it's heroes. The OP's reason for blocking players is utter nonsense.

Your reasons for blocking are just as much nonsense! Blocking because a gambit isn't accepted??? Ridiculous! Simply because Black played 1.e4 e5 2.f4 Bc5 you block them? Un-freaking-real and inhuman!

I feel a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly expressed disgust at 2...Bc5 ;I fear something terrible is going to happen in that line.
