Im sure you'll find a GM somewhere but the top players are unlikely to accept challenges. They get so many requests and I think they would prefer to play people of a similar rating. Good luck though!

and I noticed there are a lot of GMs
I plan to be a chess grandmaster in the future. To be the best you have to beat the best.
Any GM willing to challenge me in a game of chess?
