Find yourself in a losing position. Make no move for five minutes then abandon the match. If you are losing have the balls to resign. I do. 

Maybe your opponent needs time to think about the situation, finally realizing there is no way out, then resigning.

They don't resign. They abandon match or get disconnected. Never happens when people are in a good position against me.

You can't be for real. Abandoning wastes people's time, rather than just resigning on the spot.

What about my comment indicated that I was raging? It's mildly annoying, sure, but I just move on to the next game. Even if I was raging they wouldn't be there to see it. Makes no difference.
