I think doing a lot of timed tactics has helped me a lot when it come to actually game play. If youre playing a 30m game, you cant spend 10m looking for a crazy 5 move deep tactic, its usually small tactics that you realize quickly that will win a game. I also like to keep a mindset that I believe my opponent has a made a mistake, if you think your opponent is playing flawlessly and theres nothing you can do, It usually effects my game negatively. It sounds a bit stupid but it was what kept me in the low 1600s standard time for a while. I kept thinking these players never messed up, I could never find any tactics, but really theyre all over the place, even in the 1700s.
how to reach 1700?

1700 rapid here is not that hard - specially now that you have a lof of tactics behind your back. It just takes a lof of time. Continue with tactics, but just random ones. focus on paterrns. Practice mating patterns, simplifications , pis or forks only.. you can customize in V3 or take chess mentor lessons.
You have done half the work. And i see you have already been in 1500+. Start taking lessons on strategy and endgames - observer videos specially the ones from masters 15+2 chessnetwork from youtube or IM John aka Fins0905. Helps a lot. Not only you see how they handle position, but also they explain everything and then again in analyses.

Its good to encourage others in game.
How should i continue to be better, and is it realistic for me to think that i can reach 1700-1800 in the near future? Thanks in advance!
