I was 1800 now stuck at 1470

I was 1800 now stuck at 1470 in a different account on the same site chess.com I simply cant beat 1500 it is soooooooooooooooooo frustrating I am here to compete not to have fun with chess plz I need help if your answer is do tactics so this is a very lazy answer cuz I do and I play on tactics frenzy 1900 rated tactics WHAT TO DO

I was 1600 almost 1700 and now I'm stuck at 1100

guys when you tilt stop for a day and comeback, it will be hard to recover your lost rating, IMO just play when you are focused

I have created several threads in the past pointing how useless the ratings on this site are. 

Im 1800 at a correspondence-like chess site, playing around 70 simul games over a longer time control that I take advantage of in order to think for a couple of minutes each position.

When 10' matches here were placed under the blitz category, I ended up stuck in the 1100 bracket. My overall win/loss score before it became rapid was -17. Vs 1100 players!!! This had already happened to me in the past in an account I had closed, so it was the 2nd time this happened. Impossible to beat 1100 players, they played like 1900 players in the other site. 

Now, the 10' matches were moved to rapid and the ELO rating was reset. Guess what? Im lingering at 1400-1450. And I have a positive win/loss score over around 200 games.

Ratings on this site make no sense. At least, they dont at the low ELO ladder. IF you watched pogchamps you can see how badly REAL 1100 players suck, then you come here to play other 1100s and in reality you are facing opponents who can think 4, 5, 6 moves in advance with great accuracy. You get to the 1400 bracket and the players feel "easier". 

chamo2074 is right. Think about this; if you are an 1800, it does not mean that you will consistently play at a 1800 level- most people’s score fluctuates based on several different factors. If it’s my first game of the day, and I’m versing somebody of the same rating, but it’s their 50th or 60th game in that same day— I have a huge advantage due to them possible being more tired and less “fresh” and sharp than I am. Don’t play when your tired, or drunk. When I’m sober I’m a solid 1200 player, however when I’m drunk- I struggle to defeat a 1000 rated player. No matter a person’s rating, you should never play chess competitively unless you are in optimal enough condition to win.

Forget about the past; Now you're a little 1400 and that's all. You will struggle and crawl on the floor to regain your rating.

It depends on many things; whether or not you were focused, the time of day, your mood/condition, etc, etc.
