I have many matches with my groups - friendly or not. If I met a good admin ( known or unknown) who can surprised me with a good roster and beat me - I will vote for him/her immediately! - why I must to wait 1 year to vote for him/her??

I don't think I do have a chance this year... BFS will always win as far as I can see. I have no idea why but it's probably a fact.
Anyway, I started with clubs in 2019 and bfs has been working with them for years. I don't have nearly as many fans. Although I do get lots of compliments in my club.
You see, most people think being great at it means having the position. I don't think that. If you want some really stunningly good admins I have a few.

Now, i believe that to show how good you are you should make the members happy and with all the votes bfs got she clearly is good, at least she is doing something right.

Why I start this now, but not the next year? - the answer is easy, and this is a good idea, I Think - all tournaments and Leagues finish at the end of this year. Like in some Big Brother, We can follow the current matches, and We can IMMEDIATELY vote for the best admin, no wait one year or several months. I think that in this case, the votes will be very accurate! Hope you agreed with me!
