Guys if you saw the world leaderboard for the wood league a day ago , action volt was world number 2 and there was an IM at world no 1. And that IM accused this guy of rating manipulation by creating alt accounts in his stream. And you can see very well that ActionVolt is being intimidated by that.

I hope that's true
Just ask one of the mods to publicly confirm that they aren't your account. staff can IP check you.
If you were really concerned about proving you have only 1 account, you would ask the mods to tell that IM or others involved that you aren't using more than 1 account, but you make a post instead because either you have something to hide and want to appear innocent, or want to use this for more attention.

It prevent's people from articially manipulating their rating by playing against themselves from different accounts . This is a form of cheating as well apart from getting assisted by engines/stronger players/other resources and sandbagging.

If you have screenshots prepared of this incident, you can abuse report it to chess.com's support email and they will take immediate action, instead of waiting for a few days with the report function

Actually there's no issue with multiple accounts created with the same IP since there can be family members using the same device. I remember a mod telling me this. The issue only arises when you play those accounts against each other
