I defy anyone to lose to me. There's no way you will.
Why am I so bad?

to PrawnEatsPrawn from eight years ago, what do you do if your slump is from when you started playing until now? because I'm pretty much giving up.

Also people lie have discovered how to cheat so low level people or are getting better scores then they should.

I am so freaking bad right now. My highest rating was 860 when I joined like a week ago, and I have dropped 274 points, without gaining any (except for a four player chess game when I came in #2). I've lost 7 games, and won 0. I'm the worst player on this thread by far probably.
... No improvement, no progress. More i play, more i lose. I'm desperate.
What sort of time limit are you going for in your games?
"... In order to maximize the benefits of [theory and practice], these two should be approached in a balanced manner. ... Play as many slow games (60 5 or preferably slower) as possible, ... The other side of improvement is theory. ... This can be reading books, taking lessons, watching videos, doing problems on software, etc. ..." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

"..., you have to make a decision: have tons of fun playing blitz (without learning much), or be serious and play with longer time controls so you can actually think.
One isn't better than another. Having fun playing bullet is great stuff, while 3-0 and 5-0 are also ways to get your pulse pounding and blood pressure leaping off the charts. But will you become a good player? Most likely not.
Of course, you can do both (long and fast games), ..." - IM Jeremy Silman (June 9, 2016)

There are times when you are "in the zone" and seem to see deeper than usual and times you can't seem to win. I've been dropping a lot of games lately and I think it's due to being enjoyably involved in a lot of things outside of chess - 2019 is the first year in a decade I'm not suffering or healing from connective tissue injuries and I'm also exploring studying a new musical instrument and beginning to study creative writing.
External influences can distract even when you think you're concentrating on chess. I also know that if I don't have time to do Tactics training here or at chesstempo, my playing level drops.
10 min.
Still trying to play at this speed?

and when you have an idea for an attack look at all the ways ur opponent can defend or counterattack

I am quite bad at chess with a mmr of 350 and not being able to improve. I feel that Chess can represent a person intelligences, and I am shit at it. Ever time I make a move I see a better move. The. A move I did not even see always happenes. I can not see anything. This game is so difficult for me, and makes me deathly afraid that I am of average or below average intelligence. It scares me to death that after all of the work I have endured that I am still just bloody average.
u just need to play as much as possible. also consider getting lessons from some one. playing in tournaments help too.
I think they cheat, how the hell low level players at 800 can play better than ones on 1100???
Time to turn that engine on then.
