Have you tried the wizard to log in ? Sometimes you get disconnected and need to log in again (with username + password)
A problem with Convekta's Peshka software
Thank you for your response. It's what I am trying to do. I enter the Wizard and, then, cannot log in. (I hope it is only something with their server - the website chessok.com does not work either)
As an aside, you'd think a Russian Comp Sci PhD who works at Google could put together something a tad more user friendly than Peshka. Their software always feels like something written in the early 90s.
Probably I've overreacted. I uninstalled it just to find out that I cannot download a setup file (http://chessok.com/shop/download/training_course.html) anymore. I hope it will come back soon...
I've reinstalled the Peshka interface and all my courses seem to be there. So, hopefully, all I've lost is the record of my past performance. Thank you for your help.
Hello. I've similar problem again (I cannot login and I don't get an email with a new password when I ask for it). Could anybody confirm that he/she can login into the Peshka at the moment?
Thank you very much! It does not work for me, but maybe I just need to wait (last time I had reinstalled the whole programme, but it was too quick a reaction). All the best.
Hello. I still cannot login. Could anybody confirm that it is possible at the moment? (I CAN start the Peshka and use the courses I already downloaded. What I CANNOT do is logging in (so to have the 'Activate Courses' button working))
ChessOk service wrote back to me and they helped (quite quickly) to solve my problem. I could log in and download my new course. When I reported some bugs, however, (In my 'Complete Chess Course' I cannot see some narratives in the Theory mode. It appears only after I press 'Test' and together with a bit of HTML code which should not be visible - see an image below) they responded that they will not do anything about it (or maybe when they make a new version of the course, which they don't plan...)

Such a great set of products, such a poor everything else. Someone could turn that company into a mega-millions corporation. I hope ChessBase thinks to buy them for cheap and turns the franchise into something amazing, but the chances are that their coding is such crap that it wouldn't be worth it.
Anyway, I'm glad you got this figured out, Konrad. I've had 3 sets of problems with their products this past year, but, on the bright side, they compensated me for th inconveniences.
Hello. Does anybody using Convekta's (ChessOk's) interface named Peshka can tell me if it is working ok at the moment? My own one works but only in an offline mode (I cannot login into the online). With regards,
Daimonion
