Hi,

Who has both of these and is there any sense in studying volume 2 before volume 1? Volume 1 is more generic advice around attacking, and volume 2 seems to be more about the specific mechanics of attacking.

I appreciate you going to the effort of posting the reviews of volume 1, however, I have the books already and they do not answer the question. Anyway I have decided to go with reading the Volume 2 first since it consists of more concrete patterns that are missing in my chess knowledge. I'll then pop back to Volume 1 to bring it all together.
