Yes. I tried the reset and still the same the e-paper display is not working. I just hope to get positive response from DGT since the distributor/reseller already forwarded my concern to the manufacturer.
Good, I hope you get a solution, probably throught the warranty rule.
BTW I own my Centaur for more than a year and still working well.

anyone having issues with the sticky plastic bases on the pieces ?
I can hear mine crinkling as i lift them which i presume is the glue not holding them to the bases well enough. it's enough to annoy me, especially for the cost.
