Mobialia will do it for free. I'm sure others will, too. Just use the play mode and make it human vs. human. Make the moves and save pgn.

I found "Scid on the go" in the meantime. works too but kind of un-pretty interface-wise
I'm looking for a free pgn-editor that lets me just put in the moves and save the .pgn-files on my phone. Is there such an app?
I'm thinking about just buying PGN Master Pro but I would regret it, if there was a free alternative.
