Are you trying to say Simon is not good. I have bought his dutch dvds. Excellent value and worth every penny.
Yes...but keep in mind its just my opinion.
Actually, I have bought a number of DVD's and now a few downloads from GingerGM. I have never had a problem with them. I also like Simon Williams and what he presents. Of course for paying members, there are a number of good lectures by Simon on Chess.com

Being small doesn't mean you can't have reasonable customer service.
I don't think he has employees. If he is on a trip or playing a tournament it could take longer IMO. And having watched a lot of his videos (they are good!) customer service it probably not one of his strenghs (... put that in your pipe and smoke it lol).

Simon I know is back in England now although I am not speaking for him. I was one of the 37 people who were going to the chess festival in Davenport, Iowa this weekend, that Bob Long was putting on. Simon was stuck in Detroit on Thursday in the customs office. They claimed he filled out the wrong paperwork for entry into the country because he was going to work for one day Saturday and get paid. They put him on the next plane to Heathrow and held him in the office till it took off.
What a shame all around, for Simon, Bob Long the organizer who took it in the teeth on money spent, and the other 37 of us who paid up for the lecture and simul etc. GN Ginger is an honest person and if you didn't get your DVD I am sure he will be contacting you.
He is on Twitter and you can tweet out to him in real time about the missing DVD.

Has anyone had experience buying from Ginger GM? I placed an order on July 20. Hearing nothing, I wrote back on Aug. 3 to see if it had been shipped. I was told they would try to find out and would give me a free DVD of my choice if it had not. That seemed quite fair.
I waited another week and wrote back. They said it had been shipped "yesterday". No mention of another DVD. Is this place as amateurish as it seems? Being small doesn't mean you can't have reasonable customer service. It's particularly annoying as I see them posting on Facebook all the time.
