chess 960 engine match

Hi, all.

I have tryed a lot to put two engines to play a chess960 tournament, but I couldn't get satisfyed.

Using Arena and stockfish versus Stockfish (a copy) or versus other engine, some games get in break (long, long away), despite I used depth 5, for example.

So I changed to Fritz 11, but couldn't see chess960 tournament.

I'd like to know if someone points how can I do it. My system is windows XP e I'd like to do something like below:

choice one chess960 starting position, put one engine to play versus itself (or versus at most another engine) around 100 games for this same starting position and save results in some format to analyse the statistcs.
