Chess Bazaar - Chavet reproduction

I'm in the same boat as @Powerdigit. I've been dragging my feet on purchasing this style of set, but from what I've read, The Chess Empire makes the most accurate reproduction, for $200 USD ($50 more). Honestly, I may have to pull the trigger while they're on sale, since they're typically hardstuck at $250 USD.

Thanks again, everyone. I'm less concerned with accuracy of the reproduction than I am with just general quality. I've never ordered from Chess Bazaar before. I've seen a wide range of reviews on here --- from scathing to total satisfaction. How confident should I feel that I'll have a good experience with Chess Bazaar? I know the question is a bit vague but just curious to see which direction some of you folks point me in.

I've had a very good experience with CB with their Dubrovnik 3.0 and then, later, with a nice quality german knight study set. That said, I still *love* my Staunton Castle Chavet as shared in this thread:
There's some discussion of it following my photos. It's possible I got lucky, but to me it looks WAY better than their website's photos. Good luck with whatever set you buy. I hope you love it!
Does anyone here own a Chess Bazaar Chavet reproduction set? I've got my sights on this set and was just wondering if anyone had any feedback or reviews on it. Specifically, I'm interested in the rosewood version.
Thanks either way.
