Pandolfini's Endgame Course & Heisman's Back to Basics: Tactics both have errata lists. I'm sure many other books do, too, but these I know off the top of my head.

I read reviews sometimes on Amazon about chess books on tactics and problems that contain a lot of errors, not just typos. Do any of these books send or produce an errata list so that you can have the list in hand as you study the book?
Which books have you found with a lot of errors in the solution to their problems? Is there any way to find out what the author meant?
